Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the items in your order. Shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout, and estimated delivery times will be provided with your tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Domestic Shipping: ARI Outdoor Living ships within the United States. Delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping Carriers
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays). ARI Outdoor Living is not responsible for such delays, but we will provide assistance in tracking and communicating with the carrier as needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ARI Outdoor Living is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly in these cases or reaching out to us for support.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@arioutdoorliving.com or call us at +1 747-277-0529. Please provide photos of the damage and any relevant order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or an alternative solution, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please note: ARI Outdoor Living is not responsible for damages that occur during customer pickups.
International Shipping
At this time, ARI Outdoor Living does not ship outside the United States.
